Medium Roast.

Made from finely milled roasted green tea leaves, Hōjicha Powder brings the toasty richness of traditional Japanese tea into a modern, versatile form. With warm notes of caramel, cacao, and roasted hazelnut, it delivers depth without bitterness and comfort without the jitters.

Containing around 20–25 mg of caffeine per cup, it's a gentle pick-me-up that’s perfect for creamy lattes, mindful rituals, and slow, intentional sips. We especially love it poured over ice with a silky creamer float.  Soothing, nostalgic and quietly indulgent.

A grounding cup for any time of day, earthy, elegant and endlessly calming.

Matcha is made from shade-grown tea leaves that are stone-ground while still green. Hōjicha is made from roasted leaves, giving it a darker colour, mellow flavour, and lower caffeine.

Simply whisk or stir 1–2 grams with hot water (about 80–90°C) until smooth. Drink it straight or top it off with steamed milk for a creamy latte.

Absolutely! It pairs beautifully with dairy and plant-based milks. It’s especially popular as a latte or served over ice with a creamer float.

Many people find it gentler than other teas, thanks to its low astringency and roasted profile — but individual tolerances vary.
