We wish for your interaction to be a pleasant one and we welcome all kinds of feedback, even if things don't go to plan.  Where possible, we will always attempt to clear up any unfavourable circumstance so please reach out if you have any questions.  info@chaicollective.com.au.

In the interest of health and safety, we do not accept returns on opened packets of tea.  All packets are sealed for hygiene purposes and once opened outside of our facility, cannot be guaranteed as safe by Chai Collective standards.  Our tea is blended in small batches and regularly tested to ensure optimum quality.  To maximise shelf life, please store in an airtight container in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, please contact us immediately upon receiving.  Cases will not be considered after seven days from delivery.
