For hygiene purposes and quality control, we do not accept returns on tea. All tea packets are sealed with tamper evident seals so you are guaranteed freshness every time. If you are unsatisfied with our tea for any reason, we suggest to donate it to a friend who loves tea and we'd encourage your feedback. Our tea is blended in small batches and regularly tested to ensure optimum quality. To maximise shelf life, please store in an airtight container in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight.
If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, contact us immediately upon receiving. We value all feedback however, cases will not be considered after seven days from delivery.
